The woman whose extra-marital affair with CIA Director David Petraeus damaged 2 families and cost the General his career, has told her friends she is devastated!
A close and personal friend, who spoke to the media on condition of anonymity, says Broadwell is remorseful and deeply regrets the harm that’s been done, particularly to the families. The friend added that Broadwell hopes that she can one day repair the harm done and move forward.
The anonymous friend was part of a group of neighbors and friends who welcomed Broadwell, her husband, Scott, and their young sons back to their Charlotte home yesterday, after they hid out from the media for more than a week.
