I have no doubts Mike Pence took the job so he could be ready to take over when it came time. But I don’t think he is that stupid to talk to the press. Maybe John Kelly or somebody in national security like Trump said. But DJ made a good point. Instead of telling the Times this information they need to be telling congress. They should be using the amendment to get him out of there instead of hiding papers from him. All it takes is to miss one thing and we have a crisis. I do think Pence could be worse but at least nobody would be scared of him and by then we could have a Democrat controlled House to watch him. This thing has to be coming to a head soon.

Yes. and probably darn near everyone else who has ever served at the highest levels of this sh*t-show of a presidency.

Forgive me for repeating myself, yet again but Good Lord what a colossal mess we’ve got on our hands. A nest of venomous vipers! And as I’ve expressed before, I view Pence as even more dangerous than Trump because Pence is smart enough to keep his mouth shut about all the demented and totally wicked policies he’d like to enact until it’s much too late to try to stop him.
