I recieved an incredible education at that school (undergrad and grad). To say that it expanded my world in ways that I could NOT have imagined would be an UNderstatement. That said. I never attended a Penn State Football game. Never.I was never inclined to because I didn't like Paterno. I viewed the CULT-like worship of the man and HIS football program as quite sickening. And frankly what has Penn State Football been the past 15 yrs? Over the years I had expressed my feelings that Paterno should have been forced out of Penn State in the early 1990s. For the so-called "leadership" of a prominent University (or any school for that matter) to surrender its Power to anyone, let alone a football coach, just boggles my mind!?!That the University, in this case, is Penn State (My alma mater) makes it all the more sad for me.

Those dumb students and the whole campus were all brainwashed this guy could do no wrong. But he was sitting on a secret, all the while kids were getting molested. He could have stopped it but he didn't. Take that damn statue down. He doesn't deserve any honor.
