THE PLANE OF THE FUTURE
Once upon a time, airplane travel was considered a classy experience. Women dressed up in their Sunday best attire, while men wore suits and ties for the travel occasion. But in recent years, airplane travel has seemed a lot more like boarding a flying bus: tightly cramped seating arrangements, overflowing overhead bins, cut-off shorts and sandals, and no more included food and beverages. But now, Airbus is ready to change all of that.
Introducing the plane of tomorrow — a futuristic new jetliner that will elevate the experience of air travel to a whole new level. Imagine a plane without separation of classes of service; ergonomic seats that recline and swivel, with plenty of leg room between you and the person ahead of you; a front section with massage seats and a near 360 degree visual of the clouds and the outdoor environment; or how about a bar with a putting range and other offers of entertainment meant to promote an enjoyable social experience?
It almost sounds like the Jetson’s age, but it’s not that far fetched. Look for the new Airbus design by the year 2050 — and hope you live long enough to witness it.
