Arrests have been made in a racist/terror plot designed to destroy the City of Baltimore via its power stations.

On Monday, the US Justice Department announced the arrest of a Florida man and a Maryland woman who were plotting to attack multiple power stations with the goal of totally obliterating Baltimore and its predominately African-American population.
The arrested suspects, Brandon Russell of Orlando, Florida, and Sarah Clendaniel of Catonsville, Maryland, were amped up by a racist extremist dogma and “conspired to inflict maximum harm” on the power stations so as to “completely destroy” Baltimore.
During a Monday morning press conference held by US Attorney Erek Barron and a top FBI official, Americans learned of the failed attack and Russell’s words that attacking power transformers is “the greatest thing somebody can do.” The officials also shared Clendaniel’s words that she was “determined” to “lay this city to waste.”
“Their actions threatened the electricity and heat of our homes, hospitals, and businesses,” Thomas Sobocinski, the special agent in charge of the FBI’s Baltimore field office said. “The FBI believes this was a real threat.”
Sobocinski added that the 2 suspects “had extremist views” and believed that successfully wiping out Baltimore would bring further light to their racist ideology.
“[Clendaniel] described how there was a ‘ring’ around Baltimore and if they hit a number of them all in the same day, they ‘would completely destroy this whole city,'” an affidavit said.
According to ABC News, Russell is the founder of the notorious neo-Nazi group Atomwaffen, while Clendaniel allegedly had a document on her computer referencing Hitler and the Unabomber that said “I would sacrifice everything for my people to just have a chance for our cause to succeed.”
Russell was incarcerated when he first met Clendaniel and they were both out on probation when their plot was launched to coordinate an attack on the power stations.
“This is a very serious development and suggests that the far right threat inside the United States, and specifically the neo-Nazi white supremacist threat, is still very acute,” Javed Ali, the former senior director of counterterrorism at the National Security Council said.
“Power grid targets have long been the focus of domestic extremists here in the United States,” Ali continued. “This perception of vulnerability, it’s fairly easy to walk up close to one unless it’s guarded with lots of perimeter security. Other extremists in the past have thought about different ways of attacking energy targets in the United States, whether through explosive devices, small arms attacks, or some combination of those.”
A preliminary hearing for the pair is set for February 15th.

Since the initial attacks on power grids last Dec. 2022, in Moore County, N.C. (which highlighted the vulnerability of our power grids all across this nation) I’d been thinking about WHO mostly likely was behind the attacks?
I figured the culprits were mostly likely White, most likely Trumpians (who tend to be racist nutjobs) and definitely Losers.
Don’t know if these two Yahoos are Trumpians(?) But they certainly are White and absolute Losers. Add “Neo-Nazi” to the description and you’ve got the trifecta of the typical White supremacist in America for at least the past 20 -25 years.
