Ahh. Yes. I remember it well. On THAT day, at that rally, McCain did the right thing. But he'll get NO credit from me for doing so because as DJ correctly points out HE and PALIN were the primary charlatans most responsible for promoting that LIE_the deliberate intent being to stoke the flames of bigotry, ignorance and hate_solely for politcal gain.For that act alone (thrusting Palin upon us) I feel that McCain should have been driven OUT of the Senate a long time ago. But back to the old lady: Turns out in 2012, she represents the typical Repub voter perfectly!

You can't blame this woman for her ignorance…She's from the era where black folks had no rights. She obviously can't retain information because when she's asked to repeat what she read…she can't…She's just a parrot…a follower…and can't make up her own mind….I can't even be mad…I feel sorry for her…poor thing.
