So what were all these people supposed to do, not say nothing because it was about some black people? Come on. If I saw somebody sleep in the lobby of a dorm or hotel somewhere I’m calling the cops I don’t care what race they are. In this day and age thats what your supposed to do. To put up all these so called race profiling claims when white people were only being safe is some BS.

Stop talking about race. It’s over with. Get over it dude!!

Thank you for writing this DJ. This is a real important topic that needs to be addressed. Yes racial profiling is out of control and there is no way to argue against that. Look at all the examples in this article and that is too many. I agree with Truth the rise of Trump has brought a lot of this out. He gave people permission to be themselves so they could stop pretending we are all equal. If you see a black man just start screaming like that woman at Yale did. That is the truth of the times we live in today and it is sad. I don’t know what we can do about changing it but something tells me nothing. We have gone so far backwards we might not have a choice but to do like our ancestors and just endure. And that video of the cop running from a white man made me mad. Like DJ said if he was black he would have been shot dead. This is crazy times.

They (not all but certainly a percentage of White America) are trying damnedest to do just that. But I see it as being more than Racism at play. White people who show themselves to be of the Racist type are also driven by Fear, Paranoia, desperation and just plain old Hate. Simply put – they’re sick.

And no doubt, the rise of Trump – someone they strongly IDENTIFY with who share their same destructive impulses – has given that sick population license to finally act out publicly on those impulses.

Btw- Until recently I had clung to the belief that most police officers are good cops, doing their best to enforce the law fairly and just. Sadly, I don’t believe that anymore. There’s just way too much video evidence out there now showing that WE (America) have a serious problem of “Too many REALLY BAD cops” on our hands. Way too many people who are patently UNFIT for such a job.

I would argue that many, if not most, cops went into law-enforcement so that they could do just what they’re doing…engaging in some really really VIOLENT acts of aggression, with full awareness of there being little-to-no chance they’ll ever have to answer for their crimes…EVEN with the video.

You know it truly breaks my heart to say this…but when I look around at ALL of the destructive stuff happening in Our country right now I’m left with such a disturbing Truth – America has truly lost Her way. American culture is truly mucked up.

We had better WAKE UP!
