Noted comedian Jonathan Winters has died.

The hilariously funny character actor and comedian is best known for his work in the films “It’s a Mad, Mad, Mad, Mad World” and “The Loved One,” as well as for playing Robin Williams’ son on the TV show “Mork & Mindy.”  Winters also starred in his own TV show in 1956, entitled “The Jonathan Winters Show.”

Jonathan Winters was 87.

I meant to comment on this before now…..

When you consider that Winters used humor (since childhood) to deal with the pain of lonelines and feeling rejected by his parents ….and that he was IMO just a natually and gifted man…it really puts what he accomplished into perspective.
