Look out, America! Republicans For Harris are coming out in droves and making it known they’re voting for Kamala!

A growing list of Republicans have a staunch message for the country and their party: don’t assume they’re voting for Trump just because they’re registered to the GOP. In fact, some of these Republicans DID vote for Trump in 2016 and 2020. However, they’re now saying that his fake tough-guy act and old playbook of childish name-calling is proof positive that Trump should NOT count on their vote. Not now. Not ever.
“This November, the American public will make the choice between a heavily convicted felon who has no remorse, who plans to establish a dictatorship, and who has an avenue in place to contest a free election process — and a capable leader who has experience, poise, and decades of experience under her belt. The choice will come down to the security of Kamala Harris or the unhinged bluster of Donald Trump,” said writer Scott Olson.
“I’m a Republican, but not a fool if you think all GOPs are voting for Donald Trump.”
He’s not alone.
“I am a two-time Trump voter but in 2024, I will be voting for Kamala Harris,” a woman who only identified as Beth said. “Trump is not running for the country or democracy. He is running to keep himself out of jail. He is a criminal and he should be prosecuted for his crimes.”
She added, “Kamala is a prosecutor. She is gonna uphold the rule of law. Trump tries to avoid the rule of law.”

Already, the Harris Campaign is launching a Republicans For Harris movement, featuring former Trump White House officials Stephanie Grisham and Olivia Troye; former Secretaries Chuck Hagel and Ray LaHood; former Governors Jim Edgar, Bill Weld, and Christine Todd Whitman; former US House members Rod Chandler, Tom Coleman, Dave Emery, Wayne Gilchrest, Jim Greenwood, Adam Kinzinger, John LeBoutillier, Susan Molinari, Jack Quinn, Denver Riggleman, Claudine Schneider, Christopher Shays, Peter Smith, Alan Steelman, David Trott, and Joe Walsh; and former GOP State Chair and State Senator Chris Vance.
“As a proud conservative, I never thought I’d be endorsing a Democrat for President,” former GOP Rep. Adam Kinzinger said in a written statement. “But, I know Vice President Harris will defend our democracy and ensure Donald Trump never returns to the White House. Donald Trump poses a direct threat to fundamental American values. He only cares about himself, and his pursuit of power.”

According to The Associated Press, Republicans For Harris will be more than just names on a list. Instead, it will be a “campaign within a campaign,” using well-known Republicans “to activate their networks,” with a particular emphasis on primary voters who backed former UN Ambassador Nikki Haley.
The program will kick off with events this week in Arizona, North Carolina, and Pennsylvania. Republicans For Harris will also appear at rallies with the vice president and her soon-to-be-named running mate later this coming week, the campaign said.
