With the arrest of Donald Trump expected to happen as early as today, a series of violent right-wing threats have placed the FBI, Secret Service, and other officials on high alert.

In a report from CBS News, intelligence sources say there’s been a “significant increase” in right-wing threats and violent rhetoric online from domestic extremists related to the imminent arrest of Donald Trump. These violent extremists have warned that if their MAGA leader is sent to jail, there will be violence that would make the 2021 Capitol Hill attack look like a cakewalk. They’ve also threatened the possibility of a new civil war.
Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg warned all interested parties that their right-wing threats will not intimidate his department and will not be tolerated.
“We do not tolerate attempts to intimidate our office or threaten the rule of law in New York,” Bragg said in a statement. “Our law enforcement partners will ensure that any specific or credible threats against the office will be fully investigated and that the proper safeguards are in place so all 1,600 of us have a secure work environment.”
However, one Trump fanatic suggested that the Manhattan District Attorney’s office was not a big enough fish for his rebellion and that he had his sights set on other targets.
According to SALON, far-right broadcaster Pete Santilli said that if Trump is arrested, he would call on compassionate members of the military to execute former President Barack Obama, former Attorney General Eric Holder, and former National Security Advisor Susan Rice.
“Get the military, whatever few are left that are gonna side with the people. You military personnel and you people with guns and badges and law enforcement will succumb to the will of the people,” Santilli said in an angry statement.
“And ultimately, we demand, we absolutely demand that the criminals, the criminals in this country, if you want them held accountable, the criminals are Barack Obama, Eric Holder, Susan Rice,” he continued. “This entire criminal cabal that came about as a result of the murder of John F. Kennedy, the people that perpetrated the murder of John F. Kennedy, rise up to that.
“Military, join us and put all of them up against a concrete wall…and do what we must do to save not just our country, the entire world,” he implored.
Donald Trump is widely expected to be arrested sometime this week for violating campaign finance laws when he paid hush money to Stormy Daniels. Officials say lone wolves or rogue members of the military and law enforcement could act out violently over the arrest and they are taking the right-wing threats seriously.
