I agree with Truth I am not a Bernie fan at all. But if he got the nomination I would vote for him over Trump every day if the week. The problem is if Russia and Trump are trying to help Bernie they already know he can be beat. I want the strongest Dem taking it to Trump. We better come together behind somebody quick. It might still be Biden who can get it done.

Okay it’s about half-past noon here and I’m still not feeling Bernie. But I just learned that he’s rolled out a childcare plan that may have real promise AND I really like this:

Sanders won’t attend AIPAC conference, accuses it of providing platform for ‘bigotry’

Sanders blasted the American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC) on Sunday in a statement confirming that he would not attend the pro-Israel organization’s annual conference.

Sanders tweeted that he would not attend the conference due to AIPAC’s connection to “leaders who express bigotry and oppose basic Palestinian rights,” an apparent reference to the current administration of Israel headed by Benjamin Netanyahu, whom Sanders has repeatedly criticized in the past.

“The Israeli people have the right to live in peace and security. So do the Palestinian people. I remain concerned about the platform AIPAC provides for leaders who express bigotry and oppose basic Palestinian rights. For that reason I will not attend their conference,” he wrote.

“As president, I will support the rights of both Israelis and Palestinians and do everything possible to bring peace and security to the region,” Sanders continued. […] – The Hill, 2-23-20.

Now THIS is a brave decision. One that I absolutely Agree with.

I don’t like Bernie Sanders. Didn’t like him in 2016. Don’t like him now. And no doubt Russia is doing all they can to help him win the Dem nomination. They know that’ll certainly Almost guarantee Trump’s re-election.

Also, it’s not lost on me that, as per all the reporting, Bernie was informed, at least One Month Ago, of what the Russians are up to. But Bernie didn’t publicly speak out against Putin UNTIL AFTER the NYTimes reported this news a few days ago. So I ask – Why did Bernie keep his mouth shut so long?

I think he’s a sneaky-azz, angry, old man who just wants to win no matter where his “help” comes from.

Last week I said I’d vote for Bernie if he’s the nominee. But the truth is, I don’t think I can vote for Bernie. And I don’t think he can beat Trump.
