Troublesome For Trump
The Russian relationship and budding bromance between Donald Trump and Russian President Vladimir Putin has grown increasingly troubling among the intelligence community. Is Trump truly the last to know he’s being played for a fool?

Despite warnings from the CIA, FBI, NSA, and more than a dozen other federal agencies regarding the Russian relationship in hacking the 2016 US presidential election, “The Donald” remains oddly convinced that Vladimir Putin is somehow America’s BFF.
“Having a good relationship with Russia is a good thing, not a bad thing. Only ‘stupid’ people, or fools, would think that it is bad!” Trump tweeted over the weekend.
He later tweeted: “When I am President, Russia will respect us far more than they do now…”
Oh, really???
According to a newly released report from the Office of the Director of National Intelligence, the Russians concocted and successfully implemented a hacking scheme with a very specific purpose: shake faith in US democracy and undermine Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton.
Intelligence sources believe Putin favored Trump over Clinton because he believes Trump can be easily manipulated.  Putin also has a personal stake in working with Trump, since his business interests are closely tied to Russia.
“We further assess Putin and the Russian Government aspired to help President-elect [Donald] Trump’s election chances when possible,” the report said.
Their use of email leaks was “unprecedented,” the report added. Although the Russians had used similar techniques to influence campaigns before, it was never to this degree. Following their enormous success against the US, intelligence agencies now expect the Russian government to attempt more hacking schemes against countries allied with the US.
“These activities demonstrated a significant escalation in directness, level of activity, and scope of effort compared to previous operations,” the report said.
However, Donald Trump continues to believe in his blossoming Russian relationship. According to him, may the opinions of the many intelligence experts with hundreds of years of experience between them be damned.
“Both countries will, perhaps, work together to solve some of the many great and pressing problems and issues of the WORLD!” Â Trump tweeted.
“It’s a sad day when (Donald Trump)Â places more stock in Vladimir Putin and (WikiLeaks founder) Julian Assange than in the Americans who risk their lives daily to provide objective, non-partisan intelligence analysis,” an intelligence official responded.
For all of Trump’s many advisors, someone should share with him some famous words from Abraham Lincoln: “It’s better to remain silent and be thought a fool, than to speak out and remove all doubt.”

Is Trump truly the last to know he’s being played for a fool?
Well now that's a tricky question for me DJ because while I want to answer Yes. I am also mindful that many, if not most Trump supporters are just as Clueless. He clearly doesn't know he's being played. Po fella.
