Russian Relationship
Troublesome For Trump

The Russian relationship and budding bromance between Donald Trump and Russian President Vladimir Putin has grown increasingly troubling among the intelligence community. Is Trump truly the last to know he’s being played for a fool?

Politics
Despite warnings from the CIA, FBI, NSA, and more than a dozen other federal agencies regarding the Russian relationship in hacking the 2016 US presidential election, “The Donald” remains oddly convinced that Vladimir Putin is somehow America’s BFF.

“Having a good relationship with Russia is a good thing, not a bad thing. Only ‘stupid’ people, or fools, would think that it is bad!” Trump tweeted over the weekend.

He later tweeted: “When I am President, Russia will respect us far more than they do now…”

Oh, really???

Russian relationship TRUMP PUTIN

According to a newly released report from the Office of the Director of National Intelligence, the Russians concocted and successfully implemented a hacking scheme with a very specific purpose: shake faith in US democracy and undermine Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton.

Intelligence sources believe Putin favored Trump over Clinton because he believes Trump can be easily manipulated.  Putin also has a personal stake in working with Trump, since his business interests are closely tied to Russia.

“We further assess Putin and the Russian Government aspired to help President-elect [Donald] Trump’s election chances when possible,” the report said.

Russian relationship PUPPETTheir use of email leaks was “unprecedented,” the report added. Although the Russians had used similar techniques to influence campaigns before, it was never to this degree. Following their enormous success against the US, intelligence agencies now expect the Russian government to attempt more hacking schemes against countries allied with the US.

“These activities demonstrated a significant escalation in directness, level of activity, and scope of effort compared to previous operations,” the report said.

However, Donald Trump continues to believe in his blossoming Russian relationship. According to him, may the opinions of the many intelligence experts with hundreds of years of experience between them be damned.

“Both countries will, perhaps, work together to solve some of the many great and pressing problems and issues of the WORLD!”  Trump tweeted.

“It’s a sad day when (Donald Trump) places more stock in Vladimir Putin and (WikiLeaks founder) Julian Assange than in the Americans who risk their lives daily to provide objective, non-partisan intelligence analysis,” an intelligence official responded.

For all of Trump’s many advisors, someone should share with him some famous words from Abraham Lincoln: “It’s better to remain silent and be thought a fool, than to speak out and remove all doubt.”

Is Trump truly the last to know he’s being played for a fool?

Well now that's a tricky question for me DJ because while I want to answer Yes. I am also mindful that many, if not most Trump supporters are just as Clueless. He clearly doesn't know he's being played. Po fella.

Abraham Lincoln:
“It’s better to remain silent and be thought a fool, than to speak out and remove all doubt.”

And let the Church say….Amen!

Mr. BD

“It’s better to remain silent and be thought a fool, than to speak out and remove all doubt.”

That is the line that says it all right there. Trumps big thing is he always wants to be liked and he always wants to be right. He is a know it all who thinks he knows better than everybody else. So now he has to show everybody he is right about Russia. That is being a fool and like Abe Lincoln said he just keeps speaking and removing all doubt.

CNN:
Outgoing CIA Director John Brennan says President-elect Donald Trump's failure to appreciate the value and importance of the intelligence community could put the nation "at great risk and peril."

"The new administration — and any president — needs to recognize that this is a challenging and dangerous world, and that the intelligence community and intelligence professionals can help to keep this country safe and protect our national security interests," Brennan told David Axelrod on "The Axe Files," a podcast from the University of Chicago Institute of Politics and CNN.
"And any president or administration that does not recognize that is one that is putting this country's national security at great risk and peril," he added.

I think that Putin hacked both the DNCs and RNCs servers as some of the investigations have claimed. There is no doubt that Putin has something on Trump. Possibly his tax returns or something even better like a Tax scandal that would put him behind bars where he needs to be. The author was spot on on so many things that is wrong with this man being President. His bromance with Putin. His denial of the American Intelligence Agency's and his trust in a sexual predator like Julian Assange are just pathetic. He's lied consistently about stuff that has been taped. This will be the most corrupt government that this country will ever see. Unless we get nuked over a 2:00am tweet. I am a white gay man who has been married for a year, but with my monogamous partner for twenty years. We don't push our marriage down anyone's… Read more »
