There are just somethings you don't do virtually because they can't be done. Seeing a doctor virtually is dangerous because you could have a serve condition that requires a doctor's immediate attention. It only takes a moment for an ache, pain, or a weird feeling to lead to something deadly.
My main fear is that poor people who can't afford a doctor will try to use this and end up worse off.
