On Tuesday, former Minnesota Sen. Norm Coleman conceded the race he fought every legal battle to hold on to, making way for Sen. Al Franken to be certified and sworn-in. Coleman admitted further litigation is only hurtful to his state, and that he is at peace with his decision to step aside and allow Franken, who won by only 312 votes, to be seated. With Sen.
