And most disheartening for me was the further realization that we have HUGE flaws in our system of government. Any notion that We have a system of so-called "checks and balance" to ensure minimal chance of any one branch of Our 3 major branches of government to amass too much power and abuse that power has been EXPOSED as a myth.

Trump has pulled the covers completely OFF that hidden and very disturbing secret. So he clearly has NO respect for Our system of government. And apparently that mentality extends to members of his administration, including Sessions.

I only caught about 10 minutes of Sessions performance yesterday but that was enough for me. And I thought to myself, what must the rest of the World be thinking about Us?..as America begins to look more and more like an authoritarian-led banana republic.

A lot of people are saying that it'd surely be "political suicide" for Trump to fire Mueller. But in light of the fact that these hearings have yielded mostly a big fat NOTHING (in terms of any incriminating evidence against Trump), I can actually see Trump feeling emboldened by all of it..and deciding to fire Mueller and dare congress to do anything about it.
