When the world shut down back in March, we were all forced to take a crash course in certain elements of modern technology, including the internet meeting app Zoom. Whether it’s on a web browser or a mobile app, Zoom allows coworkers (or families or friends) to see and speak to each other from home instead of needing to gather for an in-person meeting.
Sounds simple, right? Well, it ain’t!
