Of course, you’re right BD. We” all be affected -which is why I said I do care about the rest of Us.

But honestly BD I don’t give a fig about Trump voters. Let them lose all their benefits.

I just wish WE (who actually have brains and give a d*mn about Our country) couldn’t in any way be affected all the really bad sh*t Trump and his Repub cohorts are up to…to the detriment of ALL of America.

Repubs are sneaky. The Dems have been saying this for a long time and they always denied it. Now the truth is out there and they are trying to push through everything they can while they are still in power. Leave our money alone. If we don’t have social security and medicare for our older people we are creating a whole new problem.

In reply to Truthiz1. Hey Truth we all have to care about this. If they cut social security now it will hurt all the older people who voted from Trump in the first place. But then it will hurt everybody because when we all get to that age the fund will not be available for us anymore. We pay into that fund every week for our future but Repubs what to take our savings and give it to their rich friends. I am not with that at all. I don't need social security yet but I will one day so I want it to be there. If they touch it now it is ruined for everybody.

DJ, my friend, you certainly earned that vacation you recently took because goodness you’ve put in real work FOR YEARS keeping your readers informed, daily, as to what Our government is up to, good, bad, and ugly. And I thank you!

Okay so this is an informative post about the Obvious and Ugly truth of what the Repubs have always wanted to do. But here’s where I’m conflicted, yet again: Trump and the Repubs, were elected by mostly middle-aged and OLD White voters. Obviously, those voters don’t care if their benefits (security security checks, medicaid and medicare) are cut so why should I? I don’t.

If those people lose their benefits they’re fine with it. And I’m fine with it. And frankly, I don’t care about the 100 million voters who didn’t care enough to vote in the 2016 elections.

But I do care about the rest of Us.
