Judge Sonia Sotomayor heads to Capitol Hill today to begin confirmation hearings for the U.S. Supreme Court. Although Republicans are expected to pull out a few tricks up their sleeve to make the hearings less than smooth sailing, it appears Judge Sotomayor already has the votes to assure her confirmation.
