Well that's what contracts are fir Tonia. If you sign a contract you're expected to keep it. He signed the contract so he has to keep it or face consequences.

Mr. BD, I understand your angle as well. I just have a problem with holding someone to something they agreed to years prior. We change and evolve and never expect to be in these types of circumstances. Though I am open enough to see your side and others. Thanks.

The only problem with what you're saying is Sterling agreed to abide by NBA rules when he joined the league. He broke the rules so now he has to face the consequences. Plain and simple.

I am not surprised that he would fight this decision, who wouldn't? I know that everyone will say that he is racist and he will should willingly resign but he is fighting for his brand and his company. There are many owners that I do not like and have heard them make comments or do things that are less than desirable. In that case I don't buy their products, I don't wage war against their owner.

I agree with you and DJ, it will be hard for Sterling to change his story line/mind now after going along with franchise rules for so long. To answer your questions, I think this will be drawn out as long as Sterling can. I also think that Ms. Sterling will pick up where her husband leaves off. I also think they will band together and take out a few additional owners in the process.
