SURPRISE! THERE’S A NEW GOP LEADER
ATTENTION MITT ROMNEY: Don’t get comfortable yet and think you have the GOP presidential nomination all but locked up. Your own party seems to have other plans.
In case any OK WASSUP! readers have been keeping score in the “Anybody But Romney” contest, first Republicans preferred Michele Bachmann over Romney. Then it was Rick Perry. Next up was Chris Christie and Sarah Palin — neither of whom were even running. Now, guess who’s at the top of the GOP totem pole? Wait for it… Herman Cain!
Yes, you read correctly: HERMAN CAIN!!! The man whose never held one elected office in his entire life. Not even local dog catcher. Yet Republicans want to hand him the reigns as their nominee, and eventually the keys to the White House.

Okay so THREE things are perfectly clear to me now: 1. The Republican party is in complete disarray. The fighting factions of the GOP are very publicly turning on each other (almost unheard of before), as each faction stakes out its claim for control of the party, resulting in the GOP literally being EATEN ALIVE from within. 2. Romney is an incredibly Weak, so called "front-runner" within HIS OWN party. Perhaps the weakest front-runner… Read more »
