From the news reports I saw, I thought maybe the guy jumped out the running car because the explosives started to go off. Makes no other sense why he'd leave a running car with the keys still in.Sad day though when we're reminded of the dangers we face in thie 21 century. Agree with Truthiz though with kudos to Horton and Jackson for keeping heads up.

Car left running; Fireworks in the car; Keys in the ignition.Almost seems like whoever did it was trying to draw attention. Maybe it was a warning.

First: Kudos to Mr. Horton, Mr. Jackson, and the first police officers on the scene! They acted quickly AND appropriately in addressing a potentially deadly situation.Second: I heard about this story early Sunday morning_and as information began to trickle out ("poorly contructed bomb"..perpetrator parked the car and took off) I really wanted to “jump to a conclusion” about who the actual perpetrator(s) of this crime is/are (hint–it AIN’T “foreign” terrorists).But I’ll WAIT and let the investigators do their job. I think they’ve got plenty of evidence already and I don’t think it’s going to take a long time to identify AND arrest the guilty person(s).
