Jon Stewart Addresses Government Shutdown
The Republican Party shut down the government this week, because they were not allowed a “do-over” on the 2 year old law known as Obamacare. Never mind that both houses of congress voted and passed Obamacare, or that President Obama signed it into law, or that the Supreme Court upheld the bill as constitutional — the good ol’ GOP was willing to kick and scream unless they got their way. They didn’t!
