TGIF: Whitney ‘Wannabe’ Serenades Airliner
Whitney Houston may be gone, but at least for one fan, she lives on and on — at least at 25,000 feet.
An American Airlines passenger in route from Los Angeles to New York City became so enamored with the famous singer, that she suddenly decided to “serenade” her fellow passengers with one of Houston’s greatest hits — at full voice!
When the passenger refused to end her God-awful impromptu performance despite repeated pleas to shut up, the pilot was forced to make an emergency landing in Kansas.
Federal Marshalls boarded the plane and removed the woman in hand-cuffs, just as she delivered one final verse of “I Will Always Love You” to an aircraft full of passengers who were grateful to see an end to the unrequested Whitney Houston songfest.
THANK GOD IT’S FRIDAY!
