Yes, you are correct in that this is an annual affair. The same with Christmas as well as a Top 10 list of the biggest stories of each year just before New Year’s Eve.

Now mind you, I don’t do much cooking. The dishes I know how to cook, I know how to cook. But that’s it…Lol

Thankfully, I was blessed to be born and raised in a family of incredible (Southern) cooks, beginning with my maternal grandmother who was in a league all her own! And my mother was a close 2nd, especially when it came to baking!

Suffice it to say, I was mostly in the way….Lol

But your tips are very familiar to me!
