It was always “Trump” or “The Donald.” I used the terms “President” Obama and “Mr.” Obama prior to 2017 and look forward to returning to the use of the salutations Mr. Biden and President Biden from today onward.

You always cover the inauguration for as long as I can remember except Trump. Yesterday was a real special day. I have to admit I did get a little misty eyed watching Kamala get sworn in. Amanda Gorman caught me off guard too. She is really good. The whole day was well done and I am glad we are finally done with that old nightmare.
