THE EMOTIONAL SIDE OF BARACK OBAMA
It’s the side of a President of the United States we rarely, if ever see — the emotional and human side. But now, we’ve seen it a few times from Barack Obama.
As a candidate for president, Mr. Obama teared up on the eve of his first election at the news of the death of his grandmother. On the eve of his second election, Mr. Obama also teared up at the realization that this would be his last political campaign.
However, it was an appearance at his Chicago campaign headquarters the day following the 2012 election, that the president became extremely emotional during his thanks to all those who volunteered their time and efforts toward his reelection.

Call me sentimental DJ …. But I'm thinking the President's tears were due to a few realizations (if you will) of which THIS being his last political campaign (at least on behalf of himself) was one of those reasons. Other reasons include (but not limited to): _ He fully understood what losing the Presidency would have meant for him, his legacy (as the first African-American president in U.S. history) and the nation. _How he has had to withstand perhaps the most vile and vicious verbal assaults and insults of ANY Ameriocan President by a hateful and racist opposition h*ll-bent on trying to destroy him/ his presidency. _Having the support of ALL the people who (in the end) feel he has earned Our respect and an opportunity to finish the job we know he can do.
