TIGER and ELIN TO DIVORCE

Tiger and Elin are getting a divorce.

MSNBC is reporting that Tiger Woods and Elin Nordegren’s marriage is all but over, and there is “zero chance of reconciliation” between the two. Once Elin found out about the dozens of adulterous affairs Tiger had during their marriage, sources say divorce was “100% certain” and is already secretly in the works being banged out as quickly and privately as possible. Tiger and his estranged wife are currently trying to strike agreements on child custody and division of assets. Once they do, they will push through with a quiet divorce away from public scrutiny, likely in a Swedish court so as to avoid public record of the proceedings.

The pending divorce is reportedly why Tiger has seemingly lost focus of late while on the golf course, why Elin has been a no-show at Tiger’s side since the Thanksgiving night accident when his infidelities came to light, and why he’s been experiencing sharp neck pains of late from the stress.

Not surprisingly, the most important thing for both Tiger and Elin Woods is shared custody of their kids and keeping the terms of the divorce confidential. Tiger has a legal team in place and hard at work, led by West Palm Beach lawyer Thomas Sasser who is an expert in child custody in multiple jurisdictions.

Elin has been in Sweden for months, reportedly redecorating a home where she intends to live permanently with her two children once the divorce is finalized. The delay, at first, was a concession to Tiger, who “begged her to wait until after The Masters,” said the source. “But she is over it, done (with the marriage).”  Tiger is said to be amiable to the divorce being finalized in the Swedish courts, although he is also concerned with the court being accessible to him should Elin fail to uphold her end of the agreement in the future.  Said the source: “privacy and keeping his legal options open is paramount.”
