According to a popular local Alaskan blog, there appears to be more to the Sarah Palin resignation than meets the eye. It seems that pressures of being in the public eye have taken a toll on Todd and Sarah Palin, which according to rumored reports, apparently have them headed toward splitsville!

The AlaskaReport originated the story, pointing out that the Palins were noticeably not speaking to each other for most of last Sunday’s resignation speech in Fairbanks. Even MSNBC noted how Sarah ditched Todd right after her speech and left without him in a car with only her daughter Piper and son Trigg — but no “First Dude.” Sarah was even photographed WITHOUT her wedding ring a couple of weeks ago. Many say that even IF the Palin marriage is kaput, they will likely take the position that all is still well within paradise and choose to stay together, if only in name, for Sarah’s future political aspirations. But that pesky tattletale and former future son-in-law Levi Johnston is already set to tell all he knows about the Palin’s and their marriage. `
