The only good that come out of this is the death penalty is in the spot light. Troy Davis death created a brand new generation to fight the death penalty. RIP.

She ended her speech by saying, "I'm Troy Davis; you are Troy Davis; we are Troy Davis."Read: http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2011/09/21/troy-dav…DJ:"Despite all the evidence that pointed to guilt in the death of her daughter Caylee, Casey Anthony walks the streets today as a free woman.  But last night — Troy Davis was executed."And therein lies ONE of the main problems for Me, regardiing my very limited support for the death penality. But FIRST let me say that I fully understand the hurt and anger expressed by Officer Mark MacPhail's family members. They suffered a great loss. They simply wanted his *killer* brought to Justice. However, based on ALL of the evidence that's emerged since Davis's conviction, it's NOT AT ALL clear that Davis was guilty of having killed Officer MacPhail. Therefore, we do NOT know if Justice was served(?) When CNN announced last night that Davis had indeed been executed, my heart sank. And I'm heartbroken today NOT because I feel that Davis was, without question, innocent.I'm heartbroken because, "except for the Grace of God, there go I."The American Criminal Justice system is so broken that I don't see how ANY person of Color, and/or lower socio-economic status, can have ANY faith in it at all. I know that I no longer have any.
