And therefore he is GUILTY and worthy of DEATH (the ultimate punishment for which there is NO correcting) for a crime he may OR may NOT have committed.    Oh. My. Lord. SMH. This IS Jim Crow" madness. In 2011..!!!      If this reprehensible thing takes place tonight A LOT of people are going to have blood on their hands.   And I will probably no longer support the Death Penalty under ANY circumstance.</span>

Anytime theres a shred of evidence saying somebody could be innnocent you don't kill them anyway. What harm is it to wait a month and look over all the facts again. Death is irrevesible. It makes it seem like the whole thing is about race.
