Hey Truth this is the first I am hearing about this. Nobody wants him back in New York and now he cannot go to Mar a lago. I just looked it up and he made the deal years ago on not being able to live there because he needed some money at the time. That deal was the trade off. Now what is he going to do and where can he go? It looks like everything is coming back to bite him and I cannot stop laughing.

‘Neighbors argue Trump can’t live at Mar-a-Lago after leaving White House’

A number of President Trump’s neighbors in Palm Beach, Fla., are arguing that he is legally barred from taking up primary residence at his Mar-a-Lago resort after leaving the White House.  

In the letter to Palm Beach officials obtained by The Washington Post, the residents cited an agreement Trump signed in 1993 to convert the facility to a private club, which they said bars him from using it as a primary residence. The agreement bars members from spending more than 21 days per year there or for more than seven days straight.  

They asked the town to formally advise the president he cannot make the club his permanent residence and calls on local officials to “avoid an embarrassing situation” after he leaves the White House.  

“There’s absolutely no legal theory under which he can use that property as both a residence and a club,” Glenn Zeitz, a Palm Beach homeowner who did not sign the letter, told the Post.

“Basically he’s playing a dead hand. He’s not going to intimidate or bluff people because we’re going to be there,” Zeitz added. […] – The Hill, 12-16-20

According to court documents, Aguirre told police that he was part of a group of private citizens called the “Liberty Center,” who were conducting a civilian investigation into the alleged ballot scheme.

At the time of the alleged crime, Aguirre was working as a contract investigator for conservative activist Steven Hotze. Hotze has made a name for himself for alleging widespread voter fraud in Harris County, even when none has been found. This fall, Hotze use the “Liberty Center” he funds to hire around 20 private investigators and other workers to investigate incidents of alleged fraud.  

“We paid our investigators closer to $300,000” said Hotze during an hour long news conference on Wednesday. Hotze and his attorney, Jared Woodfill, spent most of the time rehashing their allegations of massive voter fraud.

Aguirre allegedly never told police that he had been paid a total of $266,400 by the Houston-based Liberty Center for God and Country, with $211,400 of that amount being deposited into his account the day after the incident. […] – Dec. 17, 2020
