Hey Truth I also think a lot of Repubs are tired of Trump and want him gone but cannot say it. He is fighting with Barr now and Barr said he might resign. A whole lot of them are ready for him to be out.

I mean to also add FEAR.

The point I was trying to make in referencing Flynn and his treasonous ilk is that they now know there IS a sizeable population of Americans out there who are “poorly educated,” hateful, Fearful AND gullible enough to support a fascist dictator.

These days, and especially since the deadly rally in Charlottesville, Va., last August, it has become clear to many Americans that the specter of Nazism in their country is not resigned to 1930s history. But until very recently, even that part of the story was less well known than it is today.

In fact, when Bradley W. Hart first started researching the history of Nazi sympathy in the United States a few years ago, he was largely driven by the absence of attention to the topic. Hart’s new book Hitler’s American Friends: The Third Reich’s Supporters in the United States argues that the threat of Nazism in the United States before World War II was greater than we generally remember today, and that those forces offer valuable lessons decades later — and not just because part of that story is the history of the “America First” idea, born of pre-WWII isolationism and later reborn as a slogan for now-President Donald Trump. I absolutely agree with you BD. Trump and his minions will not be able to overturn this election. And frankly, that’s thanks mostly to Repub leadership in “red states” that Biden clearly won AND Repub appointed Judges who refuse to throw their reputations away by betraying their country and democracy…not even for Trump’s sorry azz.

The point I was trying to make in referencing Flynn and his treasonous ilk is that they now know there IS a sizeable population of Americans out there who are “poorly educated,” hateful AND gullible enough to support a fascist dictator.

If WE (the majority of Americans) fail to fully understand that that threat is very Real at some point and time in the near future, WE will wake up with someone worse than Trump in the White House!

But Truth made some good points. Trump is a light weight. The one to be worried about is Michael Flynn. Even still I cannot see how they would get away with throwing a whole election away. DJ is correct Trump is trying to stay out of jail so he is getting desperate. Good for Kemp to tell him no and hang up the phone.
