Social media is going bonkers over the Donald Trump golf course skirting morality and getting a huge tax break for a very morbid reason.

Most of us know that Bedminster Golf Resort in New Jersey (AKA ‘the Trump golf resort’) is owned by Donald Trump. However, what some of us may not know is that Trump is about to get a whole lot richer following the death of his former wife (and mother to Don Jr., Ivanka, and Eric), Ivana Trump.
After Ivana’s recent funeral service in New York City, Don Jr., Ivanka, Eric, and even Donald, all drove to the Trump golf course and buried the former Trump wife on the tee near the clubhouse.
Yes, the Trump family figured out a way to profit from Ivana’s death by interring her at the Bedminster Golf Resort — a shrewd move that instantly made the Trump golf course a cemetery. Of course, now that it holds the remains of just a single person, the resort can legally claim hundreds of thousands of dollars in enormous tax credits.
Under New Jersey law, land that is used as a cemetery is exempt from real estate and personal property taxes, as well as sales tax, inheritance tax, business tax, and income tax. Cemetery property is also exempt from sale or seizure for collection of judgments, which means that any future lawsuits against Trump won’t be able to win Bedminster as an asset.

On Sunday, Brooke Harrington, a tax researcher and professor of sociology at Dartmouth tweeted that Trump’s choice to use the golf course as a cemetery was “a trifecta of tax avoidance.”
“As a tax researcher, I was skeptical of rumors Trump buried his ex-wife in that sad little plot of dirt on his Bedminster, NJ golf course just for tax breaks. So I checked the NJ tax code & folks…it’s a trifecta of tax avoidance. Property, income & sales tax, all eliminated.”
She added that in New Jersey, there is “no stipulation regarding a minimum [number] of human remains necessary for the tax breaks to kick in.”
“Looks like one corpse will suffice to make at least three forms of tax vanish,” she concluded.
Previously, Trump purchased several goats and farm hay to use at the resort in order to reduce his tax bill by around $88,000 a year, according to Fortune. The move to make his resort a part-time farm dropped his 2019 tax bill from $462 an acre to a measly $6 bucks an acre.
So, it should come as no surprise that the conniving Donald Trump was able to squeeze some cash out of the death of his ex-wife and into his own pockets.
Needless to say, the internet is not happy, with some saying the choice of Ivana’s final resting place is the equivalent of burying a family pet in the backyard.

As a “cemetery” Bedminster pays no taxes & can’t be seized in a judgment.
Trump also charged Ivana’s estate burial, maintenance & “membership” fees.

Seriously, after my recent illness, I appreciate that life is too short to waste on trying to find words to describe a heartless black hole such as Trump or even his offspring.
My dismay, may anger is directed towards the American people.
Just how civilized are We, as nation, that We would allow such grotesque creature like Trump to even run for office at ANY level let alone vote him into the highest office in the world!?!
