TRUMP TOILET
According to the Presidential Records Act (PRA) of 1978, all official records of Presidents and Vice Presidents created or received after January 20, 1981, are required to be maintained and preserved for perpetuity. So, it’s safe to say that Donald Trump is in legal jeopardy after newly revealed photographs proved on Monday that ‘The Donald’ flushed documents down the Trump toilet on at least 2 occasions.
In her upcoming book, “Confidence Man,” New York Times Reporter Maggie Haberman exposed how Trump flouted presidential record-keeping laws by regularly tearing up documents, drafts, and memos while inside the Oval Office. The documents were frequently discovered when repairmen were summoned to fix the clogged toilet that was being used as a makeshift paper shredder.
The photos were of the Trump toilet inside The White House and the documents appeared to be written in Trump’s recognizable handwriting in black marker.
Now, the US Justice Department wants to know exactly what it is Trump wanted to hide that prompted him to ignore the PRA and flush documents down the drain just to keep them secret???

On Monday, FBI agents raided Trump’s Mar-a-Lago estate (and even broke into his safe) as part of an investigation into ‘The Donald’s’ removal of official presidential records from The White House to his Florida resort.
FBI agents obtained a court order and stormed the Trump compound, taking photos and boxes of evidence in the process.
“After working and cooperating with the relevant Government agencies, this unannounced raid on my home was not necessary or appropriate,” Trump cried on Monday. “They even broke into my safe!” he wailed.
“These are dark times for our Nation, as my beautiful home, Mar-a-Lago in Palm Beach, Florida, is currently under siege, raided, and occupied by a large group of FBI agents. Nothing like this has ever happened to a President of the United States before. After working and cooperating with the relevant Government agencies, this announced raided on my home was not necessary or appropriate. It is prosecutorial misconduct, the weaponization of the Justice System, and an attack by the Radial Left Democrats who desperately don’t want me to run for President in 2024, especially based on recent polls, and who will likewise do anything to stop Republicans and Conservatives in the upcoming Midterm Elections. Such an assault could only take place in broken, Third-World Countries, corrupt at a level not seen before. They even broke into my safe! What is the difference between this and Watergate, where operatives broke into the Democrat National Committee? Here, in reverse, Democrats book into the home of the 45th president.”

Although the US Justice Department declined to comment on the search, the unprecedented search of a former president’s home marks a significant escalation into the investigation of Donald Trump, his time in office, and his private business activities.

WHY CAN’T YOU BE LIKE HITLER’S GENERALS?
In case you were wondering why someone who has zero understanding of democracy and the US Constitution should never be handed the presidency, look no further than the damning statement Donald Trump once delivered to top US military generals.
According to an excerpt from “The Divider: Trump in the White House,” by Peter Baker and Susan Glasser, which was published online by The New Yorker on Monday, Donald Trump was often seething mad at military brass for not being “loyal” to him and doing whatever he wanted.
“Why can’t you be like the German generals?” Trump once barked at his then-chief of staff John Kelly, a 4-star general.
The excerpt depicted how Trump was deeply frustrated at top military officials whom he believed were “insufficient” for not being totally and completely obedient to him. The excerpt also exposed how Trump incorrectly assumed being president meant being a dictator whose every whim was granted without question.
Interestingly, Gen. Kelly responded to Trump’s inquiry on why the military didn’t treat him more like Hitler by reminding him how Hitler’s generals tried THREE times to assassinate him — and almost succeeded.
Too bad Trump was apparently asleep during his high school history class and the reference went totally over his head.

I would like to believe that against all odds, judgement day may actually be closing in on Trump and many, if not most, of his closest minions. The success so far of the Jan. 6 hearings, Alex Jones losing the first of several lawsuits to come which resulted in the revelation that his text messages from the last 2 years have now been turned over to the Jan. 6 Committee. And the FBI raiding Mar-A-Largo yesterday.
God’s grace and most Americans getting out to vote has saved this country thus far. And only God’s grace and most Americans continuing to vote will lead us on. It’s up to Us people!!!

I’ve expressed many times, on this site, that a certain portion of the American population – especially White Americans- are Fascist. Indeed they would be just fine with a Hitler or Mussolini type leader. Trump is pathetic imposter of such a leader AND his supporters and enablers know it. But he speaks their language so they go along with his Fake authoritarian style of leadership. That’s what makes him so dangerous!

The FBI search of Donald Trump’s Florida resort is an extraordinary, historic development given that it targeted a former President of the United States and set off a political uproar he could use to stoke his likely 2024 White House bid.
In the past, political investigations that have threatened Trump have only increased his superpower appeal to supporters. But federal agents on Monday acted on a judge-approved warrant, which suggests they had probable grounds to believe a crime had been committed. They focused on Trump’s offices and personal quarters in his Mar-a-Lago winter residence while the former President was away in New York.
Monday’s search was related to the possible mishandling of presidential documents, potentially some that were classified, that may have been taken to Trump’s home — the subject of one of two Justice Department investigations related to the former President.

I was reading a article about this last night that said the only reason they went ahead with this raid is because they know they got him. Merrick Garland signed off on it himself. This is a easy way to get him in jail for a couple years without it being a long drawn out fight because the law on taking documents is clear. Plus it is easy to prove. This is also the way they stop him from running again because he cannot run after stealing documents. It kills two birds with one stone. If the article is true it is real smart they went this route.
All the stuff about Hitler we already knew that is his idol. He wants to be a dictator so bad and kept getting turned back when nobody would do everything he said. I am not surprised John Kelly put him in his place.

After news of the FBI raid on Trump’s Mar-a-Lago home broke on Monday night, House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy responded by openly threatening Attorney General Merrick Garland.
“The Department of Justice has reached an intolerable state of weaponized politicization,” he said in a statement. “Attorney General Garland, preserve your documents and clear your calendar.”
Think about this for a second. Here you have the likely next speaker of the House claiming without the tiniest shred of evidence that the Justice Department is persecuting a former president — and vowing to use his authority to punish them as a result. His response to his baseless claim of the politicization of investigative powers is to promise a politicized investigation of his own.
McCarthy was far from alone. Trump, who confirmed the raid in a lengthy statement, called it “an attack by the Radical Left Democrats who desperately don’t want me to run for President in 2024” — an allegation that set the tone for much of the party in the wake of the dramatic FBI operation.
Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis, the leading non-Trump candidate in the 2024 GOP primary race, called the raid “another escalation in the weaponization of federal agencies against the Regime’s political opponents.” Sen. Rick Scott (FL), head of the National Republican Senatorial Committee, called it “3rd World country stuff.” Rep. Elise Stefanik (NY), the third-ranking House Republican, called for “an immediate investigation and accountability into Joe Biden and his administration’s weaponizing this [Justice] department against their political opponents.”
Some leading Republicans, like Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell, did not engage in such fevered speculation and kept their counsel. But the backlash from the party has been loud and broad, revealing the GOP as basically in lockstep with the Trumpian line that the Justice Department has been fully politicized and needs to be brought to heel.
