The Trump video depicting a fake Donald Trump stabbing and shooting his media and political enemies is a stunning end to one of ‘The Donald’s’ worst weeks.

The fake video was debuted during a pro-Trump event held at a Trump resort in Miami last week. It superimposed the face of Trump over a vigilante exacting violence against the “Fake News” media, including CNN, BBC News, and others. The video also shows Trump setting Sen. Bernie Sanders ablaze with a blowtorch and stabbing Democratic Rep. Maxine Waters of California.
The White House Correspondents’ Association condemned the video earlier this week.
“The WHCA is horrified by a video reportedly shown over the weekend at a political conference organized by the President’s supporters at the Trump National Doral in Miami,“ the group said in a statement. “All Americans should condemn this depiction of violence directed toward journalists and the President’s political opponents. We have previously told the President his rhetoric could incite violence. Now we call on him and everybody associated with this conference to denounce this video and affirm that violence has no place in our society.”
As expected, Trump and his followers downplayed the video and pretended as if their actions had nothing to do with its creation.
Of course, Trump’s reaction is the equivalent of an arsonist setting a wildfire, then donning a fireman’s uniform and standing near the blaze with a water hose to appear innocent of all wrongdoing.
