House Intelligence Chairman Adam Schiff (D-Calif.) said Tuesday that the whistleblower, who first reportedly raised alarm about President Trump’s conversations with the Ukraine’s leader, wants to speak to the panel, and that they are expecting the whistleblower’s testimony “as soon as this week.”

“We have been informed by the whistleblower’s counsel that their client would like to speak to our committee and has requested guidance from the Acting DNI as to how to do so,” Schiff tweeted. “We‘re in touch with counsel and look forward to the whistleblower’s testimony as soon as this week.” – The Hill

I agree with the thinking -Trump is “begging to be impeached.” He knows that’ll fire-up his base and motivate them to come out in droves to vote for him in 2020. But check this. I think it very likely Trump’s base has shrank in numbers since 2016. Not by a lot…but still..it has shrank.

And lest We forget – he lost the popular vote to Hillary by approx 3 million votes.

I’d like to see Dems grab THIS narrative and run with it: The absolute Rejection of Trump and ALL that he stands for is NOT a fight between Dem voters and Repub voters or “Red States and Blue States. The fight for the heart and soul of this nation is between Americans who truly DO love Our country and Anarchists, Nihilists and Nutjobs who Don’t.

Take Trump out of the picture and most Trump voters would probably SLINK back to the dark places from whence they crawled. They’re NOT Conservative. They have NO allegiance to any political party OR to these United States. They voted for a political Arsonist to burn it all down IF they can’t have their way….an authoritarian and white supremacist nation.

Dems shouldn’t waste a minute of time trying to get the votes of such haters, extremists and malcontents.

Please…..let Trump have them.

She knows what’s at stake politically IF the majority of the American people don’t support impeaching him. Nonetheless, there is no denying it – WE are reaching a tipping point. Nancy/the Dems took an oath too. At some point she/they MUST DO what is right regardless of the political risk.

And here’s what gives me hope. This morning, I watched C-SPAN’s call-in program. Nearly 10-to-1, the callers expressed outrage at the actions of that “corrupt” and “dangerous” fool. A few callers admitted they had voted for Trump but have finally had Enough. They want him gone. Yesterday!

In the big picture, the consensus of callers on a 1 hour tv program means nothing…UNLESS they prove to be an indication of the intense and growing anger and total disgust most Americans are feeling right now towards Trump and the Repubs.

Count me among the millions of Americans all across this great nation who Love Our country and want to see Trump impeached, indicted, convicted and sent to straight to prison. If we can’t impeach him, vote him OUT of office with a quickness in 2020 and pray that he’s arrested and taken into custody the second he’s kicked out of office.
