With that said I have a hard time believing he did not know a wall could get cut through. Anybody who knows concrete or steel has to already know this. My guess is he know all along but he just used the wall thing to rile up all his racist followers and make them think he had a way to keep the dirty Mexicans out as DJ would say. It was all a trick and now he is admitting yes it can be cut. So we don’t need to spend a penny more building something that does not work.
