TSA GETS REVERSE PAT DOWN
Have you ever been so angry at the intrusive TSA while at the airport, that you were tempted to take matters into your own hands? Well, one woman did just that!
Carol Price was booked on a United Airlines flight from Fort Myers, FL to Cleveland, OH on April 20th, to attend her brother’s funeral in Cincinnati. When she went through security, Price received a pat down that she felt involved “intrusive touching of her genitals and breasts,” said her lawyer, John Mills.
According to Mills, Price went over to TSA supervisor Kristen Arnberg to complain about the pat down. When Arnberg asked what she meant by intrusive, Price physically demonstrated the pat down on her. That’s when Price was arrested and charged with misdemeanor battery charges.
But there’s a twist to this story — Carol Price is a former TSA agent herself and Kristen Arnberg is her former supervisor! The 2 women did not get along at all while they were co-workers, which Price believes led to her arrest.
According to the police report, Price “did intentionally and without consent grab the victim and slide her hands into the crotch area” of Arnberg. But Price says she was only demonstrating the intrusive nature of what was already done to her.
Price is due in court July 2nd on misdemeanor battery charges.
Guilty as charged
