Bill is a piece of work. But in fairness, as I recall….Caroline really wasn't ready for "prime-time" as a political candidate. She mumbled and muttered her way through the 2 or 3 press conferences held for her. IMO, her "roll-out" performances started poor and went downhill…FAST.I honestly think she just got caught up in the "Obama" moment.
