After telling voters in North Carolina to ‘Vote Twice,’ is Donald Trump in cognitive decline or worse, totally and completely off his rocker?

In the short 7 days since the end of the Republican National Convention, Donald Trump appears to have gone off the rails. Granted, his thought process and most of what regularly emanates from his mouth has always been a bit bizarre. However, ‘The Donald’ now seems to have sunk to a new low.
During a Monday interview with Fox News’s Laura Ingraham, Trump brazenly displayed his long-held desire to trample all over democracy and rule America as an authoritarian during his hopeful 2nd term (she rescued him multiple times whenever he said something bonkers).
As part of the same interview, Trump then told a wild conspiracy theory he claims to have heard from “someone you know.” The story is about an airplane “full of thugs” who allegedly traveled together on a commercial flight from an unnamed American city to Washington just to stage protests during the Republican National Convention. According to Trump, these thugs are secretly pulling Joe Biden’s strings from the “dark shadows” and represent a dark force that will rule over America if Biden wins the presidency.
These are “people that you’ve never heard of, people that are in the dark shadows,” Trump claimed. “They’re people that are on the streets. They’re people that are controlling the streets. We had somebody get on a plane from a certain city this weekend, and in the plane… it was almost completely loaded with thugs wearing these dark uniforms, black uniforms with gear and this and that.”
HUH???
When pressed to offer more specifics, Trump naturally refused. “I’ll tell you sometime,” he told Ingraham while claiming that the whole incident is under investigation. However, he made sure to add that “a lot of people were on the plane to do big damage.”
Next, Trump introduced a new oddity: ‘Vote Twice.’
For weeks, Donald Trump has been bellowing that the 2020 presidential election will be rife with fraud due to irregularities from mail-in voting. However, in the event he can’t find actual fraud (he won’t), he’s at least prepared to do as he does with everything else and make it all up.
On Wednesday during a speech in Wilmington, North Carolina, Trump instructed voters there to ‘Vote Twice’ — once by mail and once in person.
“Let them send it in and let them go vote, and if their system’s as good as they say it is, then obviously they won’t be able to vote,” Trump said regarding his lack of confidence in the mail-in voting system. “If it isn’t tabulated, they’ll be able to vote.”
“That’s the way it is,” he added. “And that’s what they should do.”
Yes, folks, we have reached an all-time low. A sitting President of the United States has publicly instructed voters to commit fraud and vote twice — just to prove he was right when he said the election would be a fraudulent catastrophe and, of course, to completely ruin the democratic process.
So, to recap, Trump introduced us to ‘Dictator Donald’ he plans to unveil if given a 2nd term. He told the world about a plane full of “thugs” dressed in black uniforms who will control Joe Biden like a puppet if he is elected president. Then, he instructed North Carolina voters to ‘Vote Twice’ just to screw up America’s longstanding democratic process and to feed his egotistical desire to be right.
Oh, and let’s not forget Trump’s weeks-long dog whistle to White American suburbanites that only he and he alone can protect them from Blacks and poor people infiltrating their pristine neighborhoods, bringing crime and total devastation with them in the process.
Either Donald Trump is attempting to scare the bejeezus out of everyone so that they’ll vote for him, or he’s as looney as a jaybird.
