Okay so given her actual heritage, she’s not Black. Yes I know. this is America and white America In particular, does not make that distinction when it comes to “color.” In their eyes she’s “black enough” to be black.
 
But WE know the difference. She’s not Black. And to that i say here WE go again.
 
Look. I admire Pres. Obama but he’s not Black (a descendant of slaves) and frankly, I think him not being Black (and also being half white) led him to foolishly believe that the Repubs couldn’t possibly hate him enough to declare all out war against him because of his race! He thought- surely eventually the Repubs would at least meet him half-way on some things.
 
Pres. Obama had NO clue. A Black man would have known the deal BEFORE even taking the oath and wouldn’t have wasted so much time trying to get negotiate with Haters. But I digress.
 
I’m simply saying – Pres. Obama is not Black and neither is Kamala Harris.
 

I have not heard anybody call her African American only black. Yes you are right about her father and mother.

I know BD..and I agree, she is the most qualified of the three. And I’m going to vote for Biden regardless of ho he chooses. But let’s just say if it’s Kamala I won’t be as enthused about it.
 
Btw- maybe you (or someone else) can help me with this….why is Kamala referred to as an African-American”..? She’s not actually African-American (or even Black American) is she?
 
Her father is “from Jamaica and her mother is from India” right?
