As of last night:

(CNN) — Nearly three weeks after the disappearance of Malaysia Airlines Flight 370, the focus of the hunt for the missing passenger jet has moved yet again. […..]

In fact, the NEW so-called "credible" evidence takes the search 680 miles to the northeast of "where efforts had been focused PREVIOUSLY, the Australian Maritime Safety Authority said Friday."

At this point, I don't trust ANYTHING the "authorities" OR the news media are peddling.

And CNN is now, IMO, officially nothing more than a shameless, sensationalisitc BS media corporation. Really disgusting.

My heart goes out to those families who have lost their loved ones. I know what it's like to loose someone and to have deal with that and all the drama, media attention, and uncertainty on top of it. I don't know what has really happened, but my prayers are with the families.

I think that the Malaysian government got something to do with it.
Offering money to the families, that is wrong and suggests foul play to me.
I don't trust it. And that is the screwiest flight plan I have ever seen. So sad.

that plane landed somewhere and those people are bein held hostage. a plane doesnt just fall out the sky

I'm sorry, but in my experience the simplest answer is usually the correct one. My apologies to the families, but I believe that the plane has crashed somewhere. I don't think it's due to any nefarious causes either. It took over two years to find the wreckage from the France plane that crashed. I think this is just one of those tragic accidents.
