21-year-old Daniel Cowart of Bells, Tennessee, admitted to conspiring with Paul Schlesselman of West Helena, Arkansas, in planning to kill more than 100 African-Americans, according to the Justice Department. The two are self-described white supremacists who met online through a mutual friend, and were arrested in October 2008 after an aborted robbery attempt outside Jackson, Tennessee.
Cowart pleaded guilty to threatening to kill and inflict bodily harm upon a presidential candidate, conspiracy, intentional damage to religious property, discharge of a firearm during and in relation to a crime of violence and multiple gun charges related to carrying a sawed-off shotgun across state lines. Schlesselman pleaded guilty to conspiracy, threatening to kill and inflict bodily harm upon a presidential candidate and one count of possessing a firearm in furtherance of a crime of violence. He is scheduled to be sentenced April 15th and faces up to 10 years in prison, while Cowart faces up to 75 years in prison under his plea agreement.
Last week, I expressed on a related post that I was of the opinion that most "right-wing extremists" are disaffected MISFITS who, for whatever reason PEAKED, intellectually and psychosocially, somewhere between the 7th, and 10th, grade, with a propensity towards paranoia and violence.Upon further consideration_and quite frankly the more i read up on these people_I am now convinced that _with repsect to when they "PEAKED"_I think I may have given them a little too much credit.I am NOW of the opinion that most of them probably PEAKED, intellectually and psychosocially, somewhere between the 4th and 7th grade, with a propensity towards paranoia and violence.And to think: Most of these "disturbed," LOW-IQ and HATEFUL people belong to the Republcan party_smh.WoW.
