White Witnesses: Michael Brown’s Hands Were Up!
September 16, 2014
Current Events
All of the previous witnesses to the shooting were black and/or friends of Michael Brown, which created skepticism among some in the court of public opinion. However, new evidence and testimony from 2 new (white) witnesses who have no connection to Brown whatsoever, has caused many to reconsider the possibility that Brown was indeed murdered by Officer Wilson.
Here are some very important factors in the new evidence:
1. THE WITNESSES ARE WHITE AND DO NOT LIVE IN FERGUSON
There are 9 whites and 3 African-Americans on the 12-member panel tasked with deciding whether Officer Darren Wilson, who is white, should be charged.
“You now have some witnesses who the majority of this grand jury are going to better relate to. I hate to say it, but that’s the reality of it, and that’s why it’s a game changer to me,” CNN contributor Mark Geragos said.
2. NEW VIDEO SHOWS THEIR REACTION IMMEDIATELY AFTER
“Lots of people have come forward with their accounts of what happened the day Wilson shot Brown. But it’s significant to have the immediate reactions of 2 witnesses on tape,” said CNN senior legal analyst Jeffrey Toobin.
In the video, one of the construction workers raises his arms in the air — just as (the contractor says) Brown was doing when he was shot.
“You have practically in real time someone discussing what they saw, and that’s just good evidence,” Toobin added.
3. THEIR OBSERVATIONS ECHO THOSE OF OTHER WITNESSES
Individual accounts from all of the witnesses present the exact same story.
“They’re saying that he was running from the police officer and that his hands were up,” said CNN legal analyst and former federal prosecutor Sunny Hostin. “I don’t know what other witness testimony at this point or account we have to hear. The bottom line is having your hands up is the universal sign for surrender.”
For weeks, several black witnesses have been telling authorities that Officer Darren Wilson shot and killed Michael Brown in cold blood. Apparently, it took 2 white witnesses to make those claims believable.
including new video and testimony from 2 eyewitnesses, who claim
Michael Brown was in fact surrendering, but was murdered by police.
