Headless Fish Continues to Swim???

Have you heard the one about the headless fish?

Science :
No, it’s not the beginning of a joke or a take on the old phrase “running around like a chicken with its head cut off.” Instead, it’s what actually happened the day a man captured video of a fish swimming without a head.

Apparently, a fish had its head bitten off by a larger fish. However, because its spinal cord is what controls most of its movement, the fish was able to continue swimming for a few minutes without realizing it no longer had a head.

The video had social media users stumped.

“How is this even possible?” asked @CoadedIBK.

“Headless fish! Are you serious? I mean really?” said @NaeemAwanSays.

“When you thought you have seen it all,” exclaimed @Eminent11_.
