“KANYE’D” AGAIN!

Spread The Love

It seems like this guy just can’t win for losing.

Remember Roger Ross Williams…the Director who got “Kanye’d” on the Oscars by his former co-producer Elinor Burkett?  Well it seems CNN’s Larry King felt sorry for the guy not being able to deliver his entire speech, so Larry invited him on the LARRY KING LIVE  show for an interview and to deliver his prepared but undelivered remarks.

After discussing the “Kanye moment” for a few minutes, King announced, “We wanted to give him a chance to give his speech, uninterrupted.”  And so, Williams took to the stage where a microphone had been set up, and, holding his speech in his hand he began speaking as if he were still in front of the Oscar audience and had just learned his film had won. But less than a minute into the speech, Williams became confused and distracted. That’s because he was being signaled by a staff member to end the speech, which apparently was running too long. Larry King then chimed in to say that they were running out of time, so Williams began a synopsis of the rest of his speech.  But Larry King cut him off, saying “Quickly…we have 20 seconds.”

So, poor Roger Ross Williams got “Kanye’d” AGAIN — first on the Oscars AND then on the LARRY KING LIVE show.  So sad.  WATCH:
